A tempo run. Probably was too long, and I didn't get the pace I wanted for the middle tempo part. I'll need to shorten this in the future.
A pity, I had been hoping for better pace - around 4:30 per km - if I do the Siofok half marathon. Looks like I won;t be able to break 1h35.
