Edzésleírás
I had wanted to run 5km, then try 4 fast miles with small breaks between.
However after the first mile, I was dead - probably after the tempo run yesterday, I had to turn it into a 'laza futás' - anyway, it was a good distance in the end, and not that bad pace.
Need to do a lot more of these though to get the fitness much much better before the marathon.....
