Edzésleírás
A lábam még nem az igazi, göthcsörtös. Picit aggódom a jövő heti maratontól, kötöttnek érzem a lábam, kezd elfáradni a testem. Nem ártana valami kis ésszerűséget, tudományosságot is beletenni a futásba, valahogy azt érzem ez már csak szívből nem fog menni.💝
