Last week it crossed my mind that I ought to do a full lap of the OL from the kayak club which would also be a step in the right direction of doing my longer run on Tuesday rather than Wednesday and, lo and behold, I did it today. As you can see by the time I was obviously feeling good, although at the beginning not so much as I put on my NB plus a Dec and my RHs, but I hadn't even done a mile before I took off the Dec and at the kc I took of my RHs and left them plus my Dec and key at the kc, an advantage of doing a whole lap.
My only ps of the day was after 4.04 kms and then I saw my time 18.26 so knew I should get a new fastest time for the year and of course that pushed my to run faster but I didn't imagine I would be on the verge of breaking 32.
4.31,4.39,4.32,4.37,4.26,4.29,4.17,16.1 av. You can see how I picked it up after 4 kms. This is my best time since the 1st Oct. which is 6 months ago - Wow!!!
