16 kms on the bike path to Dunaalmás, a first for me. There was a strong tail wind as there always seems to be when I do a bike path run in that direction but i think today was the strongest. 2 Ps. Pleased to have done as that gives me a 55 km week, the target I would like to reach for this year.
Unfortunatley suffered heartburn during the run, a very unusual occurrence for me.
4.45,4.26,4.31,4.24,4.31,4.40,4.40,4.34, That last km is a surprise as I had to slow down 200 metres from the end as my Right leg suddenly started hurting - in fact I had to stop and then start running more carefully but I'm not sure it was a real problem giving the strong headwind I had to contend with very soon.

So I did well to do the planned 16 kms being tired from the previous 2 days, which is why I recorded yesterday's climbing.
