unfortunately because of Kata I slept very badly so I was awake very early which is why I went running relatively early and that's why I only did this "short" run. The 4 kms to the Kayak club and round the lake to the Albatrosz and home with 2 Ps. It wasn't warm and that combined with the tiredness resulted in slow running.
