Bakony Mikulás - arrived too late to do the 30 so thought I would do the 18 - a big mistake from the running point of view but at least I've done it now - for the best part of 4 kms there was no running and even stopping the watch when crossing the stream couldn't get me under 8 kph so I've taken out the middle 4 kms. 2 Ps.
