that was a big surprise as I slept very badly getting up only to find out it was only 4 o'clock so going back to bed. Also the wind had changed direction completely and so was in my face for the 1st 2 kms as can be seen by my times. The change in wind direction is great from the point of view of the race on Sunday. 2 Ps, 1 at the kayak club but it's possible if I had waited until it was necessary I would have been enough.
4.48,4.43,4.36,4.27,4.29,4.16,4.21,16.7 av. 17.4 max. The 6th km is the one where the wind helped me the most and on the 7th the wind was against me from the Platán.
