my time I'M not sure about as at one point during the last km I thought I had stopped the time but hadn't and, on the basis of my memory I minused the last km by 15 secs. Started off with Nike on but soon took it off and a short T would have been enough. 1 Ps. Slept badly last night due to having a 2nd coffee in the late afternoon so was surprised with my time.
