3 laps of fun. 1st: 6x500m interval (185-190 bpm on the fly), a slow recovery lap, then a final 3rd lap moderate tempo within 5:30 min/km pace and 165-170 bpm heart rate. Then at the very end, some pull ups, core strength and also streching. Weather is perrrrfect! 17 degrees, sky is almost clear, no wind.
