Teh time and the distance are estimates as, during my 1 Ps, I fucked up the timing and I had already fcucked up the measuring - there wasn't any. With things coming in threes I was worried and, unfortunately, what I was worried would happen, happened - my left calf starting hurting so I stopped running. I was running round the OL. Great weather with the wind coming from the South.
