I feared this, wondering if my caches would turn into injuries.
I managed to do all 4 intervals - this is a tough distance for me, and I am vrey happy with this. It is interesting how I seem to have more in reserve than expected. I am trying to run all intervals at the same pace, but I managed to get faster and faster. :)
I need to have a bit of a rest soon, I am tired.
