Time to push this training regime to another level. this was actually ahead of what is in the plan, but I will be swimming tomorrow, so I think this is fine.
I had been nervous about this. 8 x 800m hill intervals are not pleasant, and it was hard.
I managed to run 6 from the far side of the bridge and then managed 2 good times from the other direction.
Very pleasing!
