I hadn't done a proper training session since Saturday and there was 1 big consequence - shitting - 4 times in the first 27 mins. 8,13, 17 and 27. Would have wanted to go a 5th time if I hadn't had to stop running at Spar. The 8 was the usual place, the 13 in an exposed place right next tp the Cl path, but I was lucky. just, the 17 the usual Angol park place, and the last in a quite exposed place next to the OL, and there I was seen by 2 boy runners., but I was behind a tree, at least. Home-long CL-OL and DL clockwise-Spar, and then walking. Got overtaken by a group of young men doing 1 minuting on the 2nd part of the OL.Had no chance of keeping up with them. THe snow was thickest for a short stretch at the DL. That short part was deep and virgin.
