I needed this. I have been relaxing recently, but the best way of relaxing it seems is to run.
I was given a headlamp for my birthday, so took Benji, my vizsla, and tried it out.
It was a little risky running in the forests at this time, as it is difficult to see the uneven ground. But the plus side is that there is a lot more life - animals are disturbed less at night I guess and come out more.
We saw several pairs of eyes on the fields, and Benji got very excited several times.
Quite a long one in the end - it's good to get it under my belt. If I do the Dubai marathon in January, I need to keep the level up.
