I had wanted to do 10 x 800m, but after the bike ride I was feeling tired, so I wasn`t sure if I could manage it.

I alsoam nervous about my hip - it has been twinging recently, but I need some speedwork!

I started ok, though was more tired than normal. I got into it a bit on the 5th interval, apart from a bloody dog - grrrr!

It seems I got cramp towards the end, so I took it easy. 

I think I need to get a good massage or something - not really sure what that issue was with my leg - it must be cramp I guess.

Hopefully I can do 1-2 more good interval sessions - next week I guess. 

Good thing is that the hip was fine.
