Hadn't run all week and had planned to do a 32 km organised walk starting in Acsteszer but couldn't as I had to teach and knew I had to get in a long run because of the Pazmand organised walk this weekend so came up with a run - running as far as I could get in 90 mins on the blue path in the direction of Bajót from Tardos. Didn't go the shortest way as I wanted to run the route from Banyahegy in preparation for the Iszinik run. That added on 12 minutes or more. That plus going the wrong way twice meant that I didn't get as far as I had hoped. I would like to try it again some time as I am curious how far I could get. I got beyond the first road crossing but maybe I could get to the second. After Pusztamarot I had only been on the route once, when I did the Nyergesfalu walk so it was good to do it again, but the coming back after the road crossing was very uphill. I took my T-shirt off at the top of the second part of that hill. Unfortunately I had to start walking after pusztamarot on the way back, but on the hill to the kis-geri I started running as there were people walking up and I wanted to show them what a star I was. Later I started running on the downhill and then I started using the run/walk technique I discovered during the marathon. Ate 2 cereal bars but I don't think it was enough.
