Wrist Pain

I was doing some ez-bar reverse curls about 6 weeks ago and tweaked something in my wrist. If my left hand is laying flat, palms down, it's the left side where my hand ends and my wrist starts to about half way down my forearm. I had problems doing half of my major lifts for 4 weeks or so and just got back to full strength the last couple weeks. Today I decided to pick up a bare long bar and reverse curl to see how it felt, first one hurt right away and I couldn't finish my normal workout. What did I strain? I know only time can fix this but it seems to take forever to feel right?
