Edzésleírás
pereces-ortás-zöldről sárga andókút-zőld pötty-keskesnylyuk alatt jobbra izom utja felé,fel a gerincre le lencsé dózeren,egy belógó tüskés ág majdnem kitépte a vénámat,a véremet adtam az edzésért:-) ,aztán sebesvízi dózeren fel mentem nem túl erősen-innen egy darabig lefelé gurultam az aszfalton,de bementem szent-istván kilátó felé,onnan vesszősőn le,aztán már csak aszfalton haza,nem akartam erős edzést meg sokat ,most mégis fáradtnak érzem magam,holnap meg kéne állni hogy csak valami 30-40 perceset menjek (chain needs oil)
